How do we create high-quality products?
You might be curious, how do we produce such high-quality wallboard? Let me take you through our production process—it’s truly fascinating!
First, the crucial raw material mixing process. Our engineers, like master chefs, meticulously adjust the proportions of each ingredient. We use high-quality wood powder and food-grade plastic pellets, and add special additives to ensure the final product has the texture of wood and the toughness of plastic. This formula, developed through thousands of trials, is our secret recipe!
Next comes the mixing and melting stage. All ingredients enter a large blender, where they are thoroughly mixed at high temperatures to form a uniform paste. This process requires extremely precise temperature control. Our equipment, imported from Germany, can maintain temperature differences within plus or minus 1°C, ensuring consistent quality from batch to batch.
Next comes extrusion, the most amazing step! The paste is pressed through a die into various shapes. We can produce wallboards with hundreds of different textures and designs, from smooth surfaces to simulated wood grain, from straight lines to wavy lines. We design and manufacture our own molds, and we can also customize them for your specific needs.
After forming, the panels undergo surface treatment. We can apply UV coating, embossing, or lamination according to customer requirements. For example, our outdoor wall panels are formulated with special UV inhibitors to effectively protect against sunlight, while our kitchen-specific series feature antibacterial treatment to prevent mold growth.
Finally, quality inspection and packaging are carried out. Each wall panel undergoes rigorous inspection, and any defects are screened out. Qualified products are wrapped in protective film and then packed in reinforced wooden crates to ensure they will not be damaged during long-distance transportation. We even consider installation convenience by including installation instructions and necessary accessories in the packaging—a truly thoughtful touch!
Meeting Your Individual Needs
I understand that every project has unique requirements, and standardized products sometimes struggle to fully meet them. Don’t worry, we offer a full range of customization services to ensure you get the perfect product!
First, let’s talk about color and texture customization. We have a color palette of over 200 colors. If you can’t find a color you like, no worries! Simply provide a color sample or RGB values, and our colorists will create a custom color just for you. Last year, a client requested a “blue-gray evening sky.” Our designers spent three days and made more than ten adjustments before finally achieving the desired color. Upon seeing the sample, the client was thrilled and praised our expertise!
We also offer custom sizes and shapes. We can produce panels up to 6 meters long, with widths ranging from 10cm to 60cm. If you require a unique curve or shape, we also have CNC machines that can precisely cut any shape. Last month, we created wavy wall panels for a high-end restaurant. The installation was stunning, creating a visual focal point for the entire space.
Functionality is paramount. If your project is in a particularly humid area, we can add a mildew-resistant formula; if you require better sound insulation, we can adjust the internal structure of the panels; and if it’s used in a high-traffic public space, we can even enhance the surface’s wear resistance. Installation Guide
When it comes to installation, some people might worry, “Such high-end materials must be difficult to install, right?” Not at all! Our wpc wooden wall panel feature an innovative snap-on design, making installation as simple as building blocks—even those without professional backgrounds can easily master it.
First, prepare the base. The wall doesn’t have to be perfectly flat; as long as the tolerance is within 5mm, it’s fine. If there are significant unevenness, you can install a layer of wooden studs to level it. The spacing between studs is generally between 40-60cm, and we’ll provide specific recommendations based on your specific wall surface.
Next, install the first panel. This is the most critical step; ensure it’s level. Each of our wpc wooden wall panel has precise snap-on grooves. To install, simply align the grooves of one panel with the snaps of the previous panel and snap them securely into place. No glue or nails are required, preventing damage to the panel’s beautiful surface.
For doors, windows, or corners, cut with standard cutting tools. We recommend using a fine-toothed saw blade for a smoother cut. The trimmed edges can be finished with the provided trimming strips for a flawless, original look.
Electrical installation is also easy. If you need to install an outlet or switch in the wallboard, simply drill a hole in the desired location. Our material has a uniform density, so there’s no chipping or cracking when drilling. You can even pre-wire the wallboard, as our wallboard has ample space for standard electrical conduits.
Cleaning and maintenance are even simpler. Daily cleaning is simple with a damp cloth. Stubborn stains can be treated with a mild detergent. Never use strong acids or bases. While our wallboard is durable, chemicals may affect the surface finish. If scratches occur, we provide a repair paste that can be easily restored with a gentle wipe.
