Can the panels be spliced for a seamless effect?

Yes! We provide H-joint, T-joint and corner trim accessories in the same color as the panels, which can realize seamless splicing of flat walls, corner connections and edge sealing. When installing, control the expansion gap within 2-3mm and fill it with color-matched neutral silicone, and the overall effect is integrated without obvious seams.

Are the panels easy to cut for custom shapes?

es! The PVC UV marble sheet has moderate hardness and can be cut into any custom shape with a fine-tooth saw, electric cutting machine or laser cutting machine. It is recommended to tear off the PE protective film after cutting to avoid scratch marks on the panel surface during the cutting process.

Will the panels be damaged during sea freight, and what protective measures are there for packaging?

Our panels have multi-layer protective packaging and will not be easily damaged during normal sea freight. The specific protection is: ① Each panel is covered with a PE protective film to prevent surface scratches; ② The panels are packed in hard cartons with pearl cotton lining to buffer extrusion; ③ The cartons are fixed on the fumigated wooden pallet with packing belts, which is moisture-proof and anti-collision, and meets the international shipping fumigation standards. If there is any damage during transportation, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide a free replacement solution.

What is the minimum order quantity requirement?

For custom sizes (based on existing panel thickness), the production cycle is 10-15 working days after payment, with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per size; for custom marble patterns/colors, the production cycle is 15-20 working days due to the need to customize the transfer film, with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per pattern. We will confirm the sample with you before mass production to ensure consistency with your requirements.

Can these panels be used outdoors?

No—our panels are designed for indoor use only. Long-term outdoor exposure to rain, extreme temperatures and strong ultraviolet rays will damage the UV coating, cause color fading and surface cracking, and reduce the service life of the panels.

Do you provide free samples, and what are the relevant requirements?

Yes! We provide 1-2 free sample panels (standard size 300×300mm) for customers to test the texture, color and performance. The customer only needs to bear the international shipping fee (freight collect).
