Precise batching and mixing: Mix high-purity PVC resin, food-grade calcium carbonate powder and eco-friendly additives in an accurate ratio according to the exclusive patented formula, and fully stir with a high-speed mixer to ensure uniform fusion of raw materials and improve the stability and toughness of the sheet;
Twin-screw extrusion molding: Feed the mixed raw materials into a fully automatic twin-screw extruder, melt and extrude in a constant temperature and pressure environment of 160-180℃, and cool and shape through a precision calender roll group to form a substrate sheet with uniform thickness and flat surface, with an error controlled within 0.05mm;
High-precision 3D heat transfer printing: Use imported 3D heat transfer printing equipment to accurately replicate the original textures of marble, solid wood and other materials on the substrate surface through heat transfer technology, with a resolution of 1200DPI, restoring the details and layering of natural textures, and the color reproduction rate is ≥98%;
Professional UV light curing: Spray high-transparent UV eco-friendly coating on the surface of the transferred sheet, send it into a fully automatic UV curing oven, and trigger a rapid chemical reaction through high-intensity ultraviolet irradiation to form a dense and transparent protective layer with a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm, improving the wear resistance, scratch resistance and gloss of the sheet;
