C&C Panel® WPC wall panel is an innovative, environmentally friendly building material that combines wood fiber and thermoplastic polymers. Its core components typically include wood powder (primarily sourced from wood processing residues such as sawdust and branches), typically accounting for 35% to 80% by weight; a plastic polymer (commonly available types include PVC, PE, and PP) as a matrix material; and a small amount of functional additives (such as colorants, UV stabilizers, and flame retardants) to enhance performance and appearance.
Based on the proportion of wood filler in the composite material, WPC wall panel can be divided into three main categories:
Low-filled WPC
Wood filler ratio is less than 30%
Excellent Processing Performance:
The plastic matrix accounts for a high proportion, which is suitable for complex mold molding and is not prone to surface defects.
Excellent Water Resistance:
The plastic-coated wood fiber has extremely low water absorption (<1%), making it suitable for humid or aquatic environments.
Lightweight and Easy to Install:
The low density,makes it easy to transport and install.
Medium-filled WPC
Wood filler ratio is above 30% but less than 70%
Balanced performance:
Optimizes the wood texture and durability of plastic, offering a natural feel and excellent UV resistance.

The higher the filler ratio (especially for high-filler materials ≥70%), the closer the surface texture and visual grain of the material resembles natural wood, giving the product a more authentic wood look and feel.
