Shanghai Changche Industry co.ltd has been controlling each production flow rigidly for UV 3D Marble Sheet quality. The entire process is standardize and automated, comprising 7 major processes:
- 1. Raw Material Mixing: Mix premium quality PVC resin, calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and additives to an even mix to assure the stability and durability of the substrate.
- Extrusion Molding: Extrude the blended raw material into sheets of a particular thickness (2.2-4mm) under the automatic extrusion machine.
- High-Definition 3D Printing/Heat Transfer: Use Hi-Def digital printing or heat transfer technology to print realistic 3D marble patterns on surface of substrate, replicating the natural marble veins.
- Cooling Shaping: Cool the printed sheets at the room temperature to guarantee the stability of the taste and the shape.
- UV Coating Spraying: Apply transparent UV coating uniformly on the surface to create a layer of protection.
- UV Curing: Cure the UVcoat under ultraviolet light to improve the surface hardness, gloss and wear resistance.
- QC & packaging: Perform rigor quality inspections on the products, pack them by PE film or kraft paper to avoid damaged in shipping .
