Every day, 18 automated production lines operate non-stop, like a sophisticated symphony orchestra, with every step working in perfect harmony.
Let me tell you a little secret: What makes our wall panels so durable? The key lies in their unique formula! We use 60% high-quality wood fiber, 35% food-grade HDPE plastic, and 5% of our “magic formula”—including UV stabilizers, fire retardants, and antimicrobial ingredients. This ratio was found after hundreds of experiments!
Speaking of waterproofing, our wall panels are completely water-resistant! Lab data shows a water absorption rate of less than 0.3%, meaning they won’t mold or warp, even in the most humid bathrooms.

Shanghai Changche Industry Co.Ltd manufacturing facility, located in Jiangsu Province, covers 35,000 square meters. Stepping into the workshop, you’ll see 18 fully automated production lines operating in an orderly manner.
