Wood Fibers

Provide the texture and feel of natural wood while enhancing the material’s overall strength and stability. These fibers typically come from sustainably managed forests or recycled wood products, meeting environmental standards

Plastic Components

Impart waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant properties to the panels. The use of recycled plastics (such as recycled packaging materials) further enhances the product’s environmental value

Additives

Include UV stabilizers, flame retardants, and colorants, used to enhance the product’s weather resistance, safety, and aesthetics

Manufacturing Process

The production of WPC wall panels utilizes advanced extrusion molding technology:

  1. Raw Material Mixing: Wood fibers, plastic, and additives are uniformly mixed at high temperatures to form a homogeneous composite material.
  2. Extrusion Molding: The mixed material is extruded through a mold into slats or panels of specific sizes and shapes, such as small grids (148mm x 12mm) or large panels (2950mm x 200mm). Co-extrusion processes can create multi-layer structures, further enhancing surface hardness and waterproofness.
  3. Surface Treatment: Embossing, UV coating, or heat transfer printing techniques impart high-precision patterns like wood grain, stone texture, or metallic finish to the panels, achieving over 95% realism in texture reproduction.
  4. Strict Quality Inspection: Each batch of products undergoes tests for density, moisture content, flexural strength, etc., to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, CE certification).

Durability and Low Maintenance

WPC wall panels are designed to resist daily wear and tear and harsh environments:

Easy Maintenance: Only requires periodic wiping with a damp cloth, no need for painting, sealing, or special cleaners. Service life can reach 20-30 years, over 1.5 times that of traditional wood (15-20 years)

Waterproof and Moisture-Resistant: Water absorption rate ≤1.5% (after 24-hour immersion), far exceeding traditional wood. Suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens, never molding or deforming

Impact Resistance and Wear Resistance: Density ≥1.2g/cm³, tensile strength ≥15MPa, flexural strength ≥25MPa. Surface hardness reaches 3H or above, withstands 10,000 abrasion test cycles, and is resistant to scratches even in high-traffic public areas

Fire Safety: Complies with EN 13501-1 B-s1, d0 rating or ASTM E84 Class A flame retardant standards, self-ignition temperature exceeds 400°C, and does not release toxic gases
