This seamless design supports spans up to 2.8 meters, with customizable center distances between 25 and 80mm. The surface features a 5μm-thick UV coating (weatherproofing meets ASTM G154 standards). The unique cavity structure reduces the product weight to just 8.6kg/㎡ (57% lighter than aluminum grating) while maintaining a bending strength of ≥18MPa. Custom curved gratings are available, with a minimum bending radius of 300mm.

The patented snap-on installation system requires no tools and is completed in three steps: 1) Position the keel, 2) Snap the grille into place, and 3) Secure the end caps.
